2008: A custom designed gazebo type structure was designed to enhance the

exterior appearance of an existing "developer" home and its connection to the backyard. This new Pavilion / "Outdoor Room” features low stone walls and a fireplace, a unique pattern of columns, an upper cupola, and custom lighting.
