2002: Additions to a late 1800s historic home in Winchester, MA included two (2) separate projects: #1. a 2-story Addition for an enlarged, new Kitchen and Master Bath on the 2nd Floor, and #2. a -story Addition for a new Family Entry and Mudroom, so as to connect the house to the previously detached (existing) Garage. The additions were designed to complement this beautiful, historic, Victorian home, including matching exterior details and trim, adding a new brick chimney with granite banding (to match the existing granite foundation) and highly decorative rake and roof fascias.
